I have covered the bathroom walls in wetwall sheets. Will this cabinet hang on this? Do I need any special hanging instructions?

You should have no problem hanging this on your wall as long as your fixing screws are long enough to go through the board and grip the wall correctly. We have made the assumption you are mounting this on a solid brick wall.
