Hi, I was wondering if the inside of the toilet where the water flushes (the hole) if the hole bit is a square design or a slope design if that makes sense?

The shape of the flush hole from where the water slopes down, is only related to the design of the inner bowl.

Can it adapt for a floor waste and if so, do you provide the adapter and what is the cost please? Also, what is your delivery charge please?

This WC toilet comes with horizontal outlet. To convert in to bottom waste outlet, you have to use pan connector, which will be available at any local plumber.
