has your product Roper Rhodes Storm Smartflow Bath Filler Chrome - SVACS02 got 2 inlets for hot and cold water?if so why do they supply a plug for one of the inlets?

There are different option on how to control the water flow to the smartflow. You could use taps to control hot and cold individually, so you’d need both inlets, or you can use a shower valve/manual mixer valve, so you would only need one. it’s just to give you more options really.
