Croydex 6 Feet White Telescopic Rod With Wall Brackets

1. I am concerned how I would fix securely and how the wall brackets allow a curtain to draw without snagging the on brackets.
2. I do not understand the “Unique screw action of the end buffer of rod”.
3. What stops the curtain coming off at the open end?

"I am confused about what you mean about the curtain snagging on the brackets. The 6’ Self Supporting Telescopic Rod is fixed from wall to wall for the screw action mechanism to work, also there is not an open end to the rod as this is fitted wall to wall.
