While the very expensive Burlington toilet suite is beautiful, the functioning of the toilet pan is extremely disappointing. The pan has a wider and flatter than normal 'ledge' at the front, above the water line, which gets soiled after EVERY use to the extent that a single flush does not clean the pan fully. After every use (and flushing) it requires further cleaning with a toilet brush and re-flushing. For such an expensive loo, i can't believe this design problem still exists! I contacted Burlington about the problem, and was informed that this is the way ALL their pans are designed! We have now removed the pan and replaced it with a cheaper one, which works perfectly!!
