Awful toilet November 19, 2020

I bought three of these toilets because they looked good and were advertised at a big discount. They are a terrible design and splash out when flushed, very unhygienic indeed. The soft-close mechanism didn't last very long either. A really bad purchase and I would recommend staying away.

Re Lauren Freya WC: I would need to drain this with a vertical 90 degree bend directly from the outlet into a pipe cast into the floor. How much clearance is there below the outlet for a connection like this? (I.e. what is the distance from the wall to the back of the toilet, AT FLOOR LEVEL, NOT AT THE OUTLET LEVEL- is it more or less than the 235mm to the outlet as shown on the line diagram? ) Thanks!

This measurement would be less than 235 as the base on the pan come back closer to the wall ,Roughly 115

Re: Lauren Freya Close Coupled WC - would this wc accept a left or right side waste connection? If not, do you have anything else to offer that would take a side outlet in a similar styled open backed close coupled wc?

The pan (NCG350) measurement from the ceramic to the wall is only 90mm so not enough room for side exit.
