I need to install a grab rail in a shower for an elderly lady. Walls are breeze block plastered and tiled. Is the the Grohe Essentials Cube Grip Bar suitable for this function and does it meet any relevant disability standards?

This is fine to be fixed to a block wall, Please note that this doesn’t meet any relevant disability standards i.e. doc M etc.
