Does the Bristan extending shave mirror hinge / swivel at the wall? I realise that the mirror itself swivels but I want to understand if the extending part van be placed parallel to the wall as well as at right angles (as shown in the picture).

We have spoken to our advanced technical team and they have advised that this extendable mirror does not pivot at the wall to lie flat against a wall when not in use.
